Engineered Profiles in-house tooling department means no third parties are contracted in the development of your part. A team of engineers works with customers to design the parts to their exact specifications. Designers then translate those specifications into sophisticated extrusion tooling that is built, developed, and maintained in the same building that produces your parts.
Engineered Profiles uses technology to make our tooling process less of an art and more of a science. Our engineering teams employ state of the art plastic flow simulation software to accurately predict how polymers will behave during the extrusion process. This allows our customers to get their parts sampled faster while providing repeatable parts once in production.
Rapid Prototype Development
The time between quote and part is critical for customers who have a tight deadline. Engineered Profiles has empowered its development teams to use 3D-Printing as well as computer modeling for rapid prototype development. The rapid prototyping at Engineered Profiles enables customers to confirm concept and validate designs quickly before committing to a course of action.
