FollowI joined Engineered Profiles in 2004 as a Materials Engineer. I later moved into a New Product Development role which allowed me to gain invaluable experience about our business and our customers. I spent a few years with a leading composite decking company which further expanded my industry knowledge. In 2012 I returned to Engineered Profiles as Director of Operations thus assuming all Operations responsibilities. I am passionate about achieving results by striving for Operational Excellence through a continuous improvement mindset which a focus on safety, quality, and empowerment of people.
