By engineering functionality where it matters most, we help manufacturers achieve greater durability, smoother finishes, and cost efficiency compared to traditional single-material extrusion.   ### Proven Performance Unlike conventional extrusion methods, mcX® Technology delivers superior results across critical measures. Testing shows that mcX profiles maintain dramatically lower shrinkage under high heat, offer greater dimensional stability with lower thermal expansion, and withstand repeated thermal cycling up to 230°F without compromising strength or surface quality.   ### Durability in Harsh Conditions **Key mcX® Capabilities** As a leader in extrusion technology, our multi-core services include: - Complex multi-channel profiles - Precise lumen and cavity alignment - Integrated reinforcement and wire pathways - Consistent wall thickness for dimensional stability - UV- and heat-resistant outer layers for durability - Wide range of thermoplastics and engineered resins - Scalable production from prototype to high-volume runs ![Multi-Core Plastic Extrusion](https://www.engineeredprofiles.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Multi-Core%20Plastic%20Extrusion.jpeg?width=1080&height=1080&name=Multi-Core%20Plastic%20Extrusion.jpeg) ## Applications Our mcX®  technology supports performance-driven solutions across many industries: ### Agriculture Durable housings, irrigation channels, and fluid transfer lines ### Building Products Structural trim, siding, and insulation with superior impact resistance and surface finish ### Energy Conduits and protective profiles for solar, wind, and high-heat electrical systems ### Freight & Shipping Lightweight reinforced parts for pallets, protective corner guards, and load securing systems ### HVAC & Refrigeration Multi-channel conduits for airflow, cooling, and refrigerant line management ### Outdoor Living Weather-resistant profiles for decking, fencing, and outdoor furniture ### Retail Structural components for shelving, displays and protective housings ### Technology Wire and cable management systems, jacketing, and partitioned channels for signal integrity ### Automotive & Industrial Lightweight yet strong, multi-layer profiles for demanding environments ![Extrusion Line](https://www.engineeredprofiles.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Extrusion%20Line.jpeg?width=1080&height=1080&name=Extrusion%20Line.jpeg) ## The Engineered Profiles Advantage With our patented mcX® Technology, you don’t have to choose between strength,** **aesthetics, or cost. By consolidating multiple functions into a single, reliable component, we help reduce assembly costs, improve product performance, and streamline your supply chain. Backed by U.S.-based manufacturing, you get shorter lead times, tighter quality control, and responsive support—keeping your projects on track from prototype through production.
