About Extrusion Design

We can produce a wide range of custom plastic extrusions, from simple profiles to complex multi-material, multi-hollow geometries. Our team can tailor solutions to meet exact dimensional, functional, and aesthetic requirements.

Yes. Our industrial design and engineering experts collaborate with you to refine part geometry, material selection, and tolerances to ensure your design runs efficiently in production while meeting performance targets.

We extrude a broad selection of engineered resins, including PVC, CPVC, ABS, ASA, HDPE, polycarbonate, polypropylene, TPV and TPE, as well as WPC and MPC (wood and mineral composites). We can recommend materials based on your product’s structural, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

We design and build all tooling in-house. Prototypes can be produced quickly, allowing you to test fit, function, and performance before scaling up to full production. 

Absolutely. We specialize in co-extrusion for seals and wear surfaces or asthetics, as well as our patented mcX® multi-core extrusion technology that enhanced stability and long-term performance in high temperature applications.
