Engineered Profiles operates two U.S.-based facilities designed for efficiency and scale. Our 350,000 sq. ft. Columbus plant houses 42 extrusion lines, while our 93,000 sq. ft. Ironton facility adds another 12 lines of capacity. This capacity allows us to produce everything from simple profiles to complex, multi-layer extrusions with precision, consistency, and speed.

At Engineered Profiles, our engineering and tooling teams work side by side with production to shorten lead times and improve accuracy. By keeping tooling development and adjustments in-house, we minimize downtime, accelerate changes, and give customers a faster path from concept to final production.
