2018 HR Excellence Awards

Engineered Profiles is proud to announce that our Vice President of Workforce Development, Brad Lamone, was named a finalist in the HR Excellence Awards from Columbus CEO Magazine. Brad was chosen as a finalist in the Innovation division of the awards. Brad’s work with his team to improve employee retention, alternative labor sources, and develop a training program for new operators has lead to excellent gains in quality, profitability, and efficiency here at Engineered Profiles.
