Customer’s finished product has expanding foam injected into internal cavities. The parts needed to fit together perfectly otherwise the foam would spill out of the openings and ruin the finished product before it ever got out the door. In addition to this the extrusion was a multiple durometer profile, requiring multiple flexible legs in the cross section as well as embossing around curved edges.
